All food vendors must comply with local health deparment regulations. Accept responsibilty for your products, equipment, employees and volunteers. Hold harmless Fairdale Fair Community United, its volunteers, officers, sponsors and property owners from any liability related to your participation. Understand that vendor fees are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled.

Parade Application

Please consider decoration your float with this year's theme: The 80's in Neon.

Trophies will be presented to First and Second place in these categories: Best Float, Best Marching, Best Dance. One trophy will be presented as an Honorable Mention.

Parade line-up will begin at 10am at the designation starting location. DO NOT DISMANTLE YOUR FLOAT AT THE END OF THE PARADE. Move offsite for photos and tear down. Thank You!

In accordance with our insurance policy guidelines: NO THROWING CANDY! Please have walkers hand out treats at the side of the road.

This application does not guarantee acceptance into the parade. Acceptance of entries will be at the discretion of the Fairdale Fair Community United board. If additional information is need FFCU board will reach out to you.
